Sales Support Manager
Michele Marasca is the Sales Support Manager for School Device Coverage. She has over 31 years of sales and marketing experience; 11 of which have been with U-PIC Insurance Services, the parent company of School Device Coverage. Michele played a key role in developing the School Device Coverage program from conception through execution.
At School Device Coverage she is positioned to utilize her unique and extraordinary people skills, driven by the understanding that the customer is the most important asset in the organization. Achieving total customer happiness and satisfaction in the K-12 device insurance programs is her unrelenting pursuit.
Prior to joining U-PIC Insurance Services and School Device Coverage, Michele spent a number of years with organizations like Frito-Lay and Nestle, where she engineered marketing programs to promote brand growth, and endearing customers. Within the walls of School Device Coverage, Michele has earned the “CCO” (Chief Charming Officer) title by ensuring that customers always know that they are receiving industry-best service.
Michele graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in business and a minor in marketing. Michele currently lives in Southern California and enjoys bike riding and boating activities in her spare time.
